Oligo Ordering

Please place your oligo orders via our IDT portal:

Please note that orders going through the Mobix IDT portal will be shipped to our lab. Once received, we will email you when they are ready to be picked-up. Orders are placed in boxes outside our temporary entrance. Please follow the signs.

Reminder: You must provide IDT with payment information when using the portal (e.g. a credit card, pre-paid oligocard, or purchase order #). Mosaic chartfields are for internal use only and cannot be billed by IDT. If you have provided a credit card or oligocard #, your order is prepaid and no further action is required. If you have provided a PO#, an invoice will be issued and must be processed by Accounts Payable. If you have not provided suitable payment information upfront, it is your responsibility to initiate payment of your invoice; this can be done directly with IDT via credit card or oligocard, or via Mosaic using a non-PO voucher.

We strongly recommend that you use the portal to place your oligo orders (it is cheaper, faster and your order history is accessible). However, if you are unable to use the portal, or you are an external client, please fill out one of the forms below and email it to mobixlab@mcmaster.ca. We will bill you internally instead.
