We possess state-of-the-art equipment, and so offer the following services:

• DNA and RNA concentration determination (Nanodrop and Fluorometer)
• DNA shearing (Covaris S220 Sonicator)
• RNA integrity/concentration (Agilent Bioanalyzer or TapeStation)
• DNA gDNA QC (TapeStation or Femto Pulse Systems)
• DNA library QC (Agilent Bioanalyzer or TapeStation)

Sample submission:

For all DNA and RNA submissions, please include an Excel spreadsheet with the following information:

• tube label
• sample names (no spaces or special characters except hyphens)
• volume provided
• concentration provided (if known)

Samples should be in 1.5 ml eppendorf tubes or in strip tubes/plates. Tubes should be clearly labeled on top (tube label). The volume required depends on the service requested. Please contact us to inquire about each service.
