Microsatellite Analysis

If you have optimized your fluorescently labelled PCR reactions, you may fill out this form: Fragment Analysis customer plate template (XLS) and e-mail it to us before sending your sample plate.  Your samples should consist of 10 ul of your PCR products (pooled, mutliplexed or single loci). You do not need to purify your PCR products but you may need to dilute them if their products are very high in concentration.
