After sequencing is complete, the data will be in FASTA format. We will share the data using Illumina BaseSpace. You will have to sign-up for an account, which is free. There are charges for using some of their analysis apps.

If you need help analyzing your data, you may arrange a meeting with our Informatics team member. The initial one-hour consultation is free, but there is a fee-for-service charge per project.
